And it appears as though West Ham have finally made a huge breakthrough.
David Moyes now looks all set to bring the Chelsea ace to the London Stadium.

Zouma is an absolute warrior, has power and pace in abundance and has real athleticism.
In 24 Premier League outings for Chelsea last season, Zouma averaged 0.7 tackles, 1.2 interceptions and 3.8 clearances per game. He also won an average of 3.6 aerial duels per match (Who Scored).
He really is a top-class defender.
