Paris Saint-Germain have made an enquiry for alleged West Ham United transfer target Abdallah Sima according to a report from Le 10 Sport.

If that turns out to be true, it will be a real hammer blow to David Moyes’ hopes of bringing the 19-year-old to the London Stadium this summer.

According to a report from the Mirror (Friday January 8th, Page 61), the 19-year-old Slavia Prague striker is the Hammers’ number one centre-forward target.

Centre-forward is an area in real need of attention at West Ham.

Michail Antonio is our only recognised striker at the moment. And if we have real aspirations of achieving European football over the next few years, that absolutely must be addressed in the summer.

Abdallah Sima would be a great option for West Ham.

He has racked up 19 goals and five assists in 29 games for Slavia Prague this term (Transfermarkt). The Senegalese teenager is still very raw and has to work on his technique. His talent and potential is undeniable, however.

The Ligue 1 giants have allegedly sounded out the possibility of signing the 19-year-old striker (Le 10 Sport).

And if true, that could be curtains for the Hammers.

We do have a great relationship with Slavia Prague. It will be incredibly hard to convince Sima to move to the London Stadium if PSG come knocking, however.

Only time will tell whether the West Ham co-owner David Sullivan is prepared to put his money where his mouth is this summer.

We should be going all out to sign Sima. PSG’s alleged interest in the 19-year-old will undoubtedly be an inconvenience at the very least for the Hammers, however.
