Fabrizio Romano has claimed that West Ham have made no progress regarding their hopes of signing Manchester United ace Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
That’s in spite of holding talks to bring the 25-year-old Manchester United right-back to the London Stadium last month.
David Moyes desperately needs to bring a right-back to West Ham during the January transfer window.
Vladimir Coufal and Ben Johnson have regressed badly over the past 12 months, and we seem to be the only team in the Premier League who don’t have energetic, athletic and pacy full-back options.

That all has to change if we are to make any kind of progress whatsoever during the second half of the campaign.
West Ham hit Aaron Wan-Bissaka brick wall
It seems as though there has been no progress whatsoever as yet, regarding the Hammers’ hopes of signing the Man United defender.
The ex-Crystal Palace man is said to be available for around £25 million this month.
Wan-Bissaka joined Man United from Palace for around £50 million in 2019, but Ten Hag is allegedly now prepared to let him leave Old Trafford.
And Fabrizio Romano claims that West Ham have actually held talks to sign him:

There have been no major developments yet on Aaron Wan-Bissaka’s future. Wolves, Crystal Palace and West Ham had talks to ask for information on the conditions of the deal in December, but it’s still early stages. Man United will let him go if they receive a good proposal and if they find a good backup option for Dalot; at the moment, it hasn’t happened yet.
Signing Wan-Bissaka would be a really good move for West Ham.
And if it is at all possible, Moyes absolutely needs to make it happen.
The Manchester United right-back is an exceptional defender and is one of the very best tacklers around.
Wan-Bissaka has been described as an ‘explosive’ player by the The Athletic.
He has absolutely everything that we need in the right full-back position. And West Ham must not hesitate to bring Aaron Wan-Bissaka to the London Stadium this winter.
