West Ham ace Declan Rice has reportedly agreed terms with Arsenal and apparently has no interest in joining Manchester City.
According to Football Transfers, Declan Rice is all set to leave West Ham to join Arsenal in the summer transfer window, after making it clear he isn’t keen on joining Premier League champions Manchester City.

It is suggested that the 24-year-old midfielder has already agreed personal terms with the Gunners and is pushing for a move to the Emirates.
Hammers boss David Moyes must have resigned himself to the fact that Dec will be leaving the London Stadium this summer, and the same can be said for the fans.
It has been reported for quite some time now that Arsenal is Rice’s preferred destination.
And now it seems like the Gunners are closing in on prising him away from the London Stadium…

Football Transfers reckon that Dec is closing in on a move to the Emirates this summer, and has already agreed personal terms with the Gunners.
Now, Rice is still under contract with West Ham, so I presume Football Transfers are insinuating that his agents have been partaking in informal discussions with Arsenal.
I find it baffling that Rice wouldn’t want to join City, but in all fairness it does seem like Mikel Arteta his overseeing an exciting project at the Emirates.
If he does join the Gunners, only time will tell as to whether the 24-year-old has made the correct decision.
As things stand, everything is pointing to Declan Rice joining Arsenal this summer. And if they get him, it might well be the signing that takes them to that elusive next level.
