Pundit Paul Merson has fired a stark warning to ‘wantaway’ West Ham United star Marko Arnautovic.
According to the likes of The Guardian, Arnautovic wants to leave West Ham to join a club competing in the Champions League.
The Hammers talisman has been linked with the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Inter Milan.
Arnautovic’s form for West Ham in 2018 has seen him widely touted as one of the best players outside the top four.

‘You can’t really blame him’
Manuel Pellegrini, and indeed West Ham fans, will be hoping they can keep their star man.
Speculation has suggested the Austrian could be willing to stay if West Ham pay him £200,000 per week.
Now pundit Paul Merson has fired a warning to Arnautovic.
“He says he wants to leave West Ham and play in the Champions League and you can’t really blame him,” Merson said in The Daily Star.

‘Don’t upset West Ham fans’
“He should be playing for a bigger club. Arnautovic is 29 years old and won’t have too many years of his career left to achieve what he wants, so it’s no surprise his agent is talking about him leaving.
“He should be careful about agitating for a move though. West Ham fans love him and have been very good to him.
“Don’t upset them.”

Pellegrini presser suddenly a must-watch
Merson believes Arnautovic is good enough to play for all of the current top six.
But the Arsenal legend’s suggestion that the Hammers forward would fit in well at Spurs will get short shrift from supporters.
Arnautovic’s return to East London after the international break will be interesting.
And Pellegrini’s press conference – usually a drab affair – has suddenly become a must-watch.
