David Moyes West Ham target Evan Ndicka has snubbed the advances of Monchi because he wants a move to Arsenal or Spurs.
Ndicka will be a player well known to fans of West Ham and Tottenham Hotspur having come up against the defender when facing Eintracht Frankfurt in the last year.
Calciomercato have previously claimed that the Hammers want Ndicka but faced competition from Arsenal and Tottenham for the 23-year-old Frenchman.
Ndicka is out of contract at Frankfurt at the end of the season and is refusing to sign a new deal.

As a result, the Bundesliga side are reportedly prepared to sell him to West Ham, Tottenham or Arsenal for a bargain fee in the January transfer window of just £7 million instead of losing him for nothing in the summer.
West Ham arguably have the greatest need for a new central defender with Angelo Ogbonna likely in his last season, Craig Dawson’s future uncertain, Thilo Kehrer proving a disaster and Kurt Zouma and Nayef Aguerd both injury prone.
Spurs and the Gunners have their own reasons to want to strengthen with Mikel Arteta desperate to maintain his surprise title challenge and Antonio Conte looking to keep Tottenham in a Champions League spot.
The three London rivals are not alone in their interest in signing Ndicka, though. The likes of Sevilla and Barcelona have also been linked.
But the Moyes West Ham target Ndicka has snubbed Monchi advances because he wants a move to Arsenal or Spurs.

That’s according to a new report from Football Espana, Sevilla sporting director Monchi was desperate to bring Ndicka in with the club – like West Ham – struggling down in 17th place in the table.
But Ndicka has made it clear he wants to move to the Premier League and not La Liga.
There might be bad news for West Ham and Moyes, though, because Football Espana claims Ndicka is being offered to his preferences – Arsenal and Tottenham.
“Ndicka is focused on moving to England, where he has been offered to Tottenham and Arsenal,” Football Espana reports.
That is not to say West Ham should give up all hope of course. It is clear to see why Moyes, Spurs and the Gunners all want Ndicka and it’s not just because of his availability on a free or a knockdown fee.
In 32 Bundesliga games for Eintracht Frankfurt last season, Ndicka bagged four goals and four assists from defence. During those appearances, he averaged 1.9 tackles, 1.5 interceptions and 4.1 clearances per game (Who Scored).
