West Ham United boss David Moyes has sent his son on a scouting mission for Genk midfielder Bilal El Khannouss.
That’s according to a report from Het Belang van Limburg who claim that numerous clubs will be in attendance for the KRC Genk vs Club Brugge clash on Sunday – one of them being the Hammers.
Moyes has allegedly asked his son to travel out to Belgium to run his eye over the Morocco World Cup star (Het Belang van Limburg).
The problem for West Ham is that the likes of Manchester United, PSG Ajax and Borussia Dortmund allegedly want to sign the 18-year-old attacking midfielder as well.

The teenager is a real talent, and shone for Morocco in their third place play-off clash with Croatia out in Qatar.
Genk will clearly struggle to keep hold of him now, with the Hammers keeping a close eye on his situation…
David Moyes sends son on scouting mission
The Scot asked his son to keep an eye on Genk midfielder Bilal El Khannouss during their clash with Club Brugge on Sunday.
The West Ham boss definitely needs to bolster his attacking midfield ranks at the London Stadium, either in January or the summer.
And Moyes signing a hugely talented youngster with a really high ceiling would be my personal preference, rather than bringing in an ageing mercenary in search of one final big deal.
Morocco World News reckon that the Genk starlet could be up for grabs for around €20 million (£17 million) in the January transfer window.
Breaking The Lines describe him as a ‘diamond in the rough’.

That’s sounds like an awful lot of money for a teenager who has no experience of playing Premier League football.
Such is his talent and potential though, I actually think £17 million would be a fair price to pay for Bilal El Khannouss.
And as David Moyes sends son on a scouting mission for the Moroccan, this will be one to keep a very close eye on.
Signing Bilal El Khannouss for £17 million in January would be a hugely exciting move from West Ham in my opinion.
