Hammers boss David Moyes will be desperate to bolster his centre-forward ranks at the London Stadium in the summer.
After selling Sebastien Haller to Ajax in January, West Ham have been linked with at least 25 strikers.
One of the names to be linked with a move to East London is Chelsea hitman Tammy Abraham. In fact, the 23-year-old Blues ace is thought to be David Moyes’s umber one target (ExWHUemployee).

And now Eurosport suggest that Tammy moving to West Ham from Chelsea in the summer is a realistic possibility.
Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham could realistically join West Ham
The 23-year-old would be an exceptional addition for the Hammers.
Tammy seemingly faces a bleak future under Thomas Tuchel at Stamford Bridge. And a move to the London Stadium could help him spark his career back into life.
Despite his recent omission from the Blues starting line-up, he has enjoyed a fine season. Abraham has 12 goals and six assists to his name in 30 games for the West London outfit (Transfermarkt).

The Chelsea ace is great friends with Declan Rice. He possesses impressive movement and is a very good finisher.
His career record of 125 goals in 264 games is evidence of this (Transfermarkt).
Let’s hope that Chelsea don’t demand a massive fee for Abraham in the summer.
David Moyes’s transfer budget will likely be minimal. Therefore, we need the Blues to play ball with the 23-year-old hitman.
