Hammers boss David Moyes will undoubtedly be on the look-out for someone who can play at both left-back and left wing-back this summer.

West Ham were linked with a move for Man City ace Zinchenko last summer (Football.London) and in January of this year (ExWHUemployee).

The 24-year-old is a truly top class player. He can operate at either left-back, left wing-back or even further forward in a more attacking role.

West Ham handed Oleksandr Zinchenko boost?

It appears as though the Hammers may well have a very good chance of signing the Ukrainian international in the summer.

TuttoMercatoWeb claims that Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is ready to listen to offers for Oleksandr Zinchenko.

That is because the Spaniard is lining up a move for Atalanta ace Robin Gosens.

West Ham cannot afford to hang around. Zinchenko is quite simply a signing that we just need to get done.

Arthur Masuaku experienced plenty of joy during the first half of the season, but his injury problems returned in December.

David Moyes must add more quality and competition to his ranks at the London Stadium this summer. And Zinchenko is just the man for the job.

The Ukraine international is a real talent. He has been described by Pep Guardiola as ‘absolutely brilliant’.

La Lazio Siamo Noi recently claimed that Zinchenko could be available for just £17.3 million. That is truly outstanding value for a player of his quality, age and potential.

The Manchester City ace would provide really strong competition for Arthur Masuaku and Aaron Cresswell.

Whether the West Ham board will be ready to part with £17 million plus for Zinchenko, however, remains to be seen.
