West Ham United are allegedly set to proceed with a deal to sign Armando Broja from Chelsea but only on loan.
According to the Daily Mail, the Hammers accept Chelsea’s stance on Broja and will now sign him on loan, perhaps with an option to bring him to the London Stadium next summer.

Bringing a top-class centre-forward to the London Stadium before the start of the new season will be the main priority for Moyes now.

And it seems as though the Scot is on the verge of doing exactly that…
West Ham to sign Broja on loan
The Daily Mail claim that the Hammers are set to sign the 20-year-old Chelsea ace on loan for the 2022/23 season.
West Ham will then allegedly try to sign him on a permanent deal from the Blues next summer.
Beggars can’t be choosers I guess.
Let’s just hope that Moyes manages to sign the Albanian, whether that be on loan or on a permanent deal.
He has been described as an ‘exceptional’ striker by The Athletic. Meanwhile, One Football label him as ‘lethal’. And Albania coach Sergio Porrini called him ‘devastating’.
Broja seems to be ideally suited to West Ham and considering the way in which he stretches the opposition with tireless runs into the channels, it’s easy to see why Moyes wants to sign him.

The Chelsea owned ace is strong, quick and is a really, really good finisher. Broja bagged nine goals and one assist in 36 games for Southampton last term (Transfermarkt).
It is his all around game that has been the most impressive thing about him though. The way in which he holds up the ball with his back to goal and brings others into play has been truly magnificent to watch.
The striker absolutely tore the Hammers apart last season, bagging one goal and one assist in three appearances against us. He gave our defenders nightmares and was a total menace to our back line during all three clashes.
The report claiming that West Ham are set to sign Broja on loan from Chelsea is good news.
We have to say though, the Hammers really do need to have an option to buy clause inserted into the terms of the deal.
