West Ham United have missed out on Antonee Robinson to Fulham as David Moyes’s summer plans continue to draw blanks.
Ex West Ham star Dimitri Payet tests positive for coronavirus – report
West Ham’s unpopular owners David Sullivan and David Gold have told Moyes he must sell to buy (Claret & Hugh).
But so far West Ham have only offloaded Albian Ajeti to Celtic for £5m.

Moyes struggling with sell to buy policy
And he may not even see that money as it could be used to pay the missing £5.4m installment for Sebastien Haller.
Moyes continues to struggle in the transfer market, though.
And another one has bitten the dust in the form of left-back Robinson.
The Sun on Sunday reporter Alan Nixon revealed in June that West Ham boss Moyes was ‘heading the queue’ for the 22-year-old’s signature.
West Ham insiders Claret & Hugh also carried a report on West Ham’s interest in the star who famously saw a dream move to AC Milan fall through at the 11th hour in the January transfer window over a problem with his medical.

Grave concern as Hammers miss out to Fulham for £1.5m Robinson
Robinson was available for just £1.5m. But West Ham could not even raise that amount despite grave concerns at left-back and the fact the club conceded 60+ goals for the third time in four seasons last term.
Fulham announced the capture of the former Everton academy prospect on Thursday.
It is a worrying sign for West Ham that they cannot even compete with the likes of newly-promoted Fulham for transfers.
Of course it could be that West Ham were not as interested as first reported.

Insider claimed Moyes wasn’t impressed after watching Robinson
Although ExWHUemployee suggested on The West Ham Way podcast last week that Moyes had watched Robinson play for Wigan and was not overly impressed.
West Ham are actively trying to offload Felipe Anderson and Manuel Lanzini. Jordan Hugill is also attracting interest from Norwich and QPR.
But with the season just three weeks away West Ham have so far failed to address the desperate need for reinforcements in the fullback areas, central defence, the playmaker role and up front.
Making Tomas Soucek’s loan deal permanent remains the only business conducted by West Ham.
