Mark Noble is nearing the end of his West Ham career. And David Moyes has the chance to sign the perfect replacement for the ageing club captain in the shape of Alex Kral.

Russian football expert Artur Petrosyan recently claimed that the Hammers want to bring the Spartak Moscow ace to the London Stadium.
The Athletic backed those claims up as well.
Kral would be an exceptional addition for West Ham and we could pick him up for just £12 million according to The Athletic’s Roshane Thomas.
Mark Noble has been an incredible servant for West Ham. He isn’t the player he used to be but he still has a lot to offer both on and off the pitch.
Getting his replacement right will be a key moment in David Moyes’s West Ham tenure.

Whether it be this summer or the following summer, the 33-year-old will surely move on.
And Kral is the perfect choice to come in and take up the mantle.
In 20 league outings for Spartak Moscow this season, the 22-year-old has registered three assists and has averaged 1.4 tackles, 1.7 interceptions, 0.8 clearances and 0.7 dribbles per game. During those appearances, he has made 62.9 passes per match on average with a completion rate of 81.7% (Who Scored).
Kral began his career as a defender but he has evolved into a midfielder. He is apt at playing the holding role but he can perform central midfield box-to-box duties with aplomb as well.
The 16-capped Czech Republic international is represented by the same agency as Vladimir Coufal – K2K. So that is a factor that could work in West Ham’s favour.
Signing Kral will not be expensive. He is a really exciting, young and hungry talent. In other words, he seems to be perfectly suited to the mould of players David Moyes want to sign.
The Scot needs to get this one done in the summer. Losing Mark Noble will be a big blow, whenever that eventually happens.
Having Alex Kral at the London Stadium will make up for it, however.
