The West Ham starting line-up vs Everton has been confirmed and David Moyes makes six changes as star Gianluca Scamacca is benched.

West Ham take on Everton at Goodison Park in a 2.15pm kick-off and the teams have now been confirmed.

Everton have four points like the Hammers but are actually yet to win a game this season.

Both sides will be desperate to get all three points and alleviate any early pressure.

West Ham go into the Everton game off the back of a 3-2 win away at Silkeborg in the Europa Conference League on Thursday night.

Now the West Ham starting line-up vs Everton has been confirmed and Moyes makes six changes as star Gianluca Scamacca is benched.

Confirmed West Ham starting XI to face Everton

Fabianski, Coufal, Zouma, Kehrer, Cresswell, Rice, Soucek, Fornals, Paqueta, Bowen, Antonio.

Hammers News predicted this morning that Moyes would make these six changes and what is a hugely unpopular call over Scamacca.

And that has proved to be the case as the teams are confirmed.

Moyes offered a critical take on Scamacca’s performance against Silkeborg last time out despite his rocket of a goal.

And the Scot has called for patience over his drip-feeding of the Italian into the Premier League.

Let’s just hope Michail Antonio has a fantastic game and Scamacca comes on and impresses too.

As West Ham fans will have known ahead of the confirmed line-ups, Everton are without star man Jordan Pickford, who will miss the match due to an injury which will also keep him out of the England squad.

Pickford’s replacement for the West Ham game will be 35-year-old veteran goalkeeper Asmir Begovic who have played just three Premier League games in five years.

And the Hammers must take advantage by fully testing Begovic who is certain to be rusty as a result.

Everton are also missing four other key players for the clash.

A win for West Ham would see them rise up to 13th in the fledgling Premier League table.

That is also the highest Everton can go with a win. A draw does neither West Ham or Everton any particular good and would see them maintain their current positions of 18th and 17th respectively.
