West Ham starting lineup vs Manchester United confirmed:

Lukasz Fabianski, Thilo Kehrer, Kurt Zouma, Craig Dawson, Aaron Cresswell, Declan Rice, Tomas Soucek, Flynn Downes, Said Benrahma, Jarrod Bowen, Gianluca Scamacca

West Ham travel to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United in the 16:30 Premier League kick-off this afternoon.

David Moyes has to set up his side with more ambition today, if we are to have any chance whatsoever of beating Man United.

Since taking over at the London Stadium for the second time in December 2019, Moyes’s side have taken just two points from 19 games away to the so-called big six sides.

In addition to that, Moyes has never won away from home against Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal or Liverpool in 69 attempts throughout his career to date (Telegraph).

The formation is actually irrelevant. What we need to do is play with high intensity and press Manchester United higher up the pitch.

If the players selected today do that, we’ll have half a chance…

West Ham starting lineup vs Manchester United

Moyes has made one change from the team that beat Bournemouth 2-0 at the London Stadium on Monday night.

In comes Craig Dawson in place of Ben Johnson.

Hopefully the boys have enough about them to get a result this afternoon.

And more importantly, let’s hope that they take the match to Manchester United.
