Graham Potter singled out West Ham United ace Jesse Lingard for praise ahead of Brighton’s home game against David Moyes’ side tonight, when speaking to Sky Sports on Thursday.

The 28-year-old joined the Hammers on loan from Manchester United in January.
And Lingard has made a truly massive impression at the London Stadium in just three-and-a-half months.
Jesse has racked up nine goals and three assists in just 13 games for West Ham so far.

The 27-capped England international has helped West Ham evolve into a team that breaks with pace and vigour as an attacking unit.
Signing him up on a permanent deal in the summer will be imperative for Hammers boss David Moyes.
Graham Potter waxes lyrical about Jesse Lingard
Brighton welcome West Ham to the Amex tonight in what is a crucial game for the visitors.
And Potter made it clear who the Hammers’ danger man is, when speaking to Sky Sports on Thursday:

“He’s had a tremendous impact. It’s really good for him because it shows it’s not necessarily how you handle the good times but how you handle the bad times, how you respond. Jesse had a frustrating period. Now he’s enjoying playing again and helping his team. So it’s an example of what it is to be a top professional.”
Let’s hope that Jesse produces the goods for West Ham against Brighton tonight.
The Hammers quite simply have to win all of our remaining games if we are to keep our Champions League dream alive.
