Dimitar Berbatov has backed West Ham United to beat Burnley 3-1 on Monday night, as quoted by the Metro.
The Hammers head to Turf Moor to take on the Clarets in the 8:15pm kick-off tomorrow night.
With Chelsea having won yesterday, it will be vital for West Ham to earn all three points against Burnley.
David Moyes has worked wonders since taking over at the London Stadium for the second time in December 2019.
Incredibly, the Scot has the Hammers fighting for a Champions League spot.
We have faltered slightly, however, losing our last two games.
Tomorrow night’s game against Burnley is a great chance to get right back on track though.
Dimitar Berbatov makes Burnley vs West Ham prediction
Sean Dyche led his side to a superb 4-0 win away at Wolves last weekend. And the Clarets will undoubtedly make things very tough for the Hammers.
Berbatov backed West Ham to beat Burnley comfortably, however, as quoted by the Metro:
“West Ham have had some opportunities recently to cement their claim for European football but they haven’t taken them. They are still their chasing Chelsea for a top four spot, and I want them to push them all the way. I think they will be determined to get back on track here, despite Burnley’s great result last time out.”
West Ham will have to be 100% on it tomorrow night if we are to leave Lancashire with maximum points.
We certainly have the ability. Whether the Hammers players turn up, however, is another matter entirely.
Nothing less than a win will do. Like Berbatov, we fancy us to earn what would be a massive win.
