According to a report from Claret and Hugh, West Ham are expecting an imminent bid for Grady Diangana from West Brom this summer. And David Moyes could be forced to sell the winger on the cheap.

And the really bad news for the Hammers is that Diangana could now be valued at less than £12 million by the club’s owners.

C&H claim to have a top level source at West Ham – widely believed to be David Sullivan, so whenever stories like this are released, Hammers fans begin to worry.

The 22-year-old has been in exceptional form for West Brom in the Championship this season. Slaven Bilic clearly adores him, and would love to have him at the Hawthorns permanently.

At the same time, however, David Moyes surely wants to keep Diangana at the London Stadium.

Stats

The 22-year–old racked up eight goals and seven assists in 30 Championship appearances for West Brom this season (Transfermarkt).

In those outings, Diangana averaged 1.6 shots, 1.4 key passes and 2.4 dribbles (Who Scored).

He was undoubtedly one of the Championship’s standout performers this season.

And West Ham must be looking to keep hold of him at all costs this summer.

Selling Diangana for less than £12 million would be unforgivable. And would surely cause a mutiny amongst the London Stadium faithful.

According to Claret and Hugh’s report, however, that could be a very realistic prospect.
