West Ham could be without two first-team players for our Premier League clash with Arsenal on Thursday, due to illness.
Arsenal play host to West Ham in the Premier League in two day’s time, and both sides will head into the game full of confidence.
Hammers boss David Moyes has received plenty of criticism from some sections of our fans this season, myself included, but you can’t knock the job that he’s done.
We’re currently sitting in sixth place in the Premier League table, and are safely through to the kockout stages of the Europa League.
Meanwhile, Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal side are flying high at the top of the table, and we all know how difficult it will be for us to leave the Emirates with a positive result.
Now, things may have got a little bid harder for West Ham…

Two West Ham players could miss Arsenal Premier League clash
According to the Daily Mail, Nayef Aguerd and Maxwel Cornet are doubts for Thursday’s game due to sickness.
The Hammers have been hit hard by the sickness bug that has been circulating around the club since our 5-0 defeat away at Fulham just over two weeks ago.
Now, we would not miss Cornet at all really – he has hardly featured for us this season after all.
However, Aguerd is a different kettle of fish. His recovery pace means that we can push much higher up the pitch when he’s playing.
Without him, our back-line sits far too deep for my liking, and if we sit back that much against the Gunners, they will inevitably rip us apart in the end.
The Arsenal vs West Ham Premier League clash is a vitally important one for us. I’m just hoping that Moyes is able to call upon Aguerd to line up alongside Kurt Zouma in the heart of our defence, in spite of his sometimes error-prone nature.
