West Ham United’s owners are ranked the fourth richest in the Premier League as the combined net worth of the club’s money men hits £10.5bn.
West Ham came close to breaking into the Premier League’s top four two seasons ago – missing out by a solitary win.
But now the Hammers have broken into the Prem’s top four in another sense – net wealth.
West Ham board confidant Sean Whetstone has today issued an update on the combined wealth of David Sullivan, Daniel Kretinsky, the Gold family, Albert Tripp Smith and other board members.
And it may come as something of a surprise to some just where it leaves West Ham’s owners in the net worth money league of English football.
Because the West Ham owners are ranked fourth richest in the Premier League as the combined net worth of the club’s money men hits £10.5bn.

According to Whetstone, West Ham’s owners sit fourth in the Prem money table with an estimated combined wealth of $13.2 billion (£10.5bn).
“West Ham’s wealthiest shareholder is Daniel Kretinsky with a net worth of £7.4 billion according to Forbes,” Whetstone states.
“David Sullivan’s net wealth is £1.2bn according to the most recent Sunday Times Rich List, with reports in the US claiming the reclusive Tripp Smith is worth around $1.25 billion (£1bn) after re-investing his stake of GSO Capital Partners he sold to Blackstone in 2008.
“The remaining Gold family are said to be worth up to £650m valuing Ann Summers, their property portfolio and 25 per cent of West Ham while the Harris family of Alba Electronics fame are said to be worth £200m with former West Ham chairman Terry Brown having a net worth of around £50m.”

It comes after West Ham were ranked the 15th most lucrative football club in the world in the Deloitte 2023 Football Money League.
The study analyses the finances of the clubs which generate the highest revenue.
And West Ham rose a place in this year’s list from 16th to 15th with £255.1m total revenue.
The 14 clubs above them reads like a who’s who of Europe’s elite clubs, besides Tottenham Hotspur (9th with £442.8m), Arsenal (10th with £367.1m) and Borussia Dortmund (13th with £302.2m).
Man City topped the list with £619.1m. And they may be looking to spend a big chunk of that in a transaction with West Ham for Declan Rice.
