Aston Villa beat Paris Saint-Germain 3-2 at Villa Park in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
And the West Ham fans were hugely impressed by what they saw from the Aston Villa fans during the Champions League clash with PSG.
Unfortunately for Villa, their 3-2 win wasn’t enough to see them progress through to the semi-finals of the Champions League, with PSG winning the tie 5-4 on aggregate.
The Hammers enjoyed three incredible years in the Europa League and Europa Conference League from 2021-2024.
The West Ham fans did the club proud out in Prague during the final against Fiorentina in 2023, and even drowned out the Europa Conference League anthem with a rendition of ‘Bubbles’ prior to kick-off.
We all know just how majestic those European nights can be, although Champions League games must be on another level all together.
Villa Park was genuinely rocking during their clash with PSG on Tuesday night.

The Hammers fans were very impressed by Villa’s performance against the French champions, and indeed the effort that their fans put in.
One West Ham fan on X said, “To all Villa fans great effort you had other chances to win that 6-3, unlucky from Irons fan here just hope Arsenal get hammered tomorrow.“
Whilst a second Hammers fan said, “Feel for Villa and their fans, what a game though, they should be proud.“
Meanwhile, a third West Ham supporter said, “IMAGINE being in Villa Park right now!!!!!“
Then a fourth said, “Atmosphere is brilliant at Villa Park.“
A fifth highlighted how nice it was to watch a proper game of football, “Villa PSG is a proper game of football.“
And a sixth West Ham fan said, “The fact Villa gave PSG a good game is a result in itself fair play. We’d lose 12-0 against PSG.“

Graham Potter faces huge rebuild at West Ham
If the Hammers are to emulate Villa at some point in the next few years, Potter has to get his recruitment spot on.
He is said to be looking to add more youth, dynamism and athleticism to his West Ham ranks.
The Hammers may well have to sell either Mohammed Kudus or Lucas Paqueta to fund that rebuild, or even both of them.
Even so, the future will be very bright at West Ham, if Potter signs players with the correct profile.
Aston Villa have proven what is possible with a good manager, forward-thinking signings and an ambitious board.
Unfortunately though, it may well be the latter that holds West Ham back in the end.
