Guardian journalist Jacob Steinberg shared an image on X of a document from Companies House confirming that Tara Warren has left the club.
Warren, who was the Irons’ executive director, has parted ways with them by handing in her resignation.
The filing of the document was dated 29 December, Monday, confirming her departure from West Ham 10 days prior to it being submitted.

She joined the London Stadium outfit back in 2009, when she was the Head of Marketing.
After that, Warren climbed her way to a prominent position at the club and was appointed to the board in 2015.
She is known to be a close ally of Karren Brady, who serves as the vice-chairman.
Warren also played a pivotal role in major projects, notably the Hammers’ move to the London Stadium, along with shaping marketing strategies, commercial growth, broadcast rights, and stakeholder management.
What impact will Warren’s exit have on West Ham?
Warren was viewed as a steady and reliable figure behind the scenes, so her exit will cause some ripple effects.
