Two former West Ham United men are reportedly in line for Premier League jobs; Gary O’Neil at Ipswich Town and Alvaro Arbeloa at Fulham.
The Hammers ended speculation over their own managerial situation in the aftermath of relegation. It is all change behind the scenes and on the pitch, but Nuno Espirito Santo is sticking around to provide some semblance of consistency at the London Stadium.
The same cannot be said of one of the teams who joined West Ham United in the bottom three.
On a scale of 1-10, how confident are YOU that Nuno leads us straight back up? 👀
Here's why I think we can learn NOTHING from his time at Wolves 👇
Wolves sacked Rob Edwards on the same day that he welcomed Raul Jimenez back to Molineux. His replacement, Gil Vicente coach Cesar Peixoto, is hardly a familiar name among Wolves fans, let alone Hammers supporters.
The same cannot be said, though, of the men tipped to replace Kieran McKenna at Ipswich Town and Marco Silva at Fulham.
Former West Ham United midfielder Gary O’Neil could take over at Ipswich Town

According to talkSPORT, Gary O’Neil is an early frontrunner to replace McKenna after the Portman Road boss surprisingly stepped down on Wednesday.
Only three weeks ago, O’Neil was mentioned as a potential West Ham head coach. Strasbourg president Marc Keller was determined to keep the Englishman in his post at the time, and one suspects little will have changed in the weeks since.
Ipswich will not have an easy task convincing Strasbourg – who have already lost one head coach this year in Liam Rosenior – to let O’Neil go.
Fulham in talks with ex-Real Madrid coach Alvaro Arbeloa
The former Portsmouth captain spent two years at Upton Park from 2011 to 2013. Alvaro Arbeloa had a brief spell in claret and blue three years after O’Neil exited.
The former Spain, Liverpool and Real Madrid right-back would only play three league matches, though Arbeloa still let quite the impression on those who saw a natural-born leader in him.
What do you make of the ‘Mateus Fernandes to Real Madrid’ rumours? 🇵🇹 👑
He's good – but is he THAT good?
talkSPORT add that a return to the Premier League could be on the cards for Arbeloa too. Fulham have held talks.
Ironically, Jose Mourinho’s return to the Santiago Bernabeu led to Marco Silva leaving Craven Cottage for Benfica. Silva’s replacement at Fulham may now be the man Mourinho succeeds in the Spanish capital.
Arbeloa coached the Real first team on an interim basis from January to May, falling short in La Liga, the Champions League, and exiting the Copa del Rey at the hands of second-tier Albacete.
However, Arbeloa earned a lot of respect for promoting a host of youngsters from the oft-underutilised Real Madrid academy, starting 18-year-old Thiago Pitarch against the likes of Atletico, Bayern Munich and Manchester City.
