Mike Dean made the ludicrous decision to send the Czech ace off in the dying minutes at Craven Cottage yesterday.
The Hammers star was adjudged to have intentionally caused harm to Aleksandar Mitrovic.

It was clear for everyone to see that the act was purely accidental, however.
The big Czech star moved to the London Stadium on loan last January and then made his move a permanent one in the summer.
Tomas Soucek red card rescinded
The 25-year-old is a vital player for West Ham and the thought of losing him for three games was unfathomable.

It seems as though that will not be the case, however.
talkSPORT’s Jim White has claimed that Mike Dean’s decision to send Soucek off has been rescinded.
Having the former Slavia Prague ace available for the games against Manchester United, Sheffield United and Tottenham Hotspur will be a huge boost for West Ham and David Moyes.
And hopefully now Mike Dean will have to face the consequences of making what was a quite frankly ridiculous decision on Saturday.
The decision drew huge criticism at the time from fans, players and pundits alike.
It would appear that justice has been served, however.
