A claret and blue West Ham open top bus emblazoned ‘Europa Conference League Winners’ has been pictured ahead of the final.

After what has felt like an eternity, the day has arrived as West Ham face Fiorentina in the Europa Conference League final in Prague.

So much is at stake and history is waiting to be made for this group of Hammers stars.

The last – and only – time West Ham tasted European glory was in the European Cup Winners Cup 58 years ago in 1965.

Believe it or not the wait has been even longer for West Ham’s opponents Fiorentina – who won the same competition four years earlier in 1961.

Over 25,000 West Ham fans have travelled to Prague for the final despite less than 6k having tickets.

You can multiply that number by 10 and then some for the trophy parade should West Ham manage to win the trophy.

Rumour has it that would take place this Sunday in east London.

Nobody inside the West Ham camp will be getting carried away or focusing on anything other than the final itself.

But behind the scenes the club has clearly been preparing for the best case scenario.

‘West Ham have their winners bus ready’

Because a West Ham open top bus emblazoned ‘Europa Conference League Winners’ has been pictured ahead of the final.

The open top double decker bus is adorned in claret and blue with the West Ham badge and the word WINNERS – with the Conference League trophy as the letter I.

The bottom of the bus features bubbles decals in blue too.

You can see the bus parked away and waiting in the post from talkSPORT below.

“West Ham have their winners bus ready,” the post states.

Club has to be ready for all eventualities given tight turnaround

Obviously cynics will say West Ham are leaving themselves open to ridicule.

But given the tight time constraints and turnaround the club simply has to be prepared for all eventualities.

Let’s hope we see Declan Rice, David Moyes and the boys partying atop that bus with the trophy this weekend.
