Former West Ham United forward Luis Guilherme has come under criticism from the Portuguese press.
Back in January, Guilherme left West Ham United for Portuguese giants Sporting CP for a fee believed to be around £17million.
How would you feel about more EFL signings at West Ham?

It brought an end to a very underwhelming time of things right here in east London. Guilherme, signed from Brazilian club Palmeiras, made only 18 appearances for West Ham between 2024 and 2026, of which just two were starts.
His time in the Portuguese capital is also not going to plan.
Guilherme has failed to live up to expectations at Sporting
On Friday, leading Portuguese outlet A Bola ran a piece looking at Sporting’s wider failings this season.
The decision to sign Guilherme is cited as one. It is claimed that the club hoped the 20-year-old Brazilian would be able to hit the ground running, which has not happened.
It’s added that Guilherme was an opportunistic signing and there were hopes that he’d represent an astute addition.
Where do West Ham need to strengthen the MOST this summer?
Columnist Luis Mateus writes: “At Alvalade, it was believed that Luís Guilherme, with Premier League experience, even though not a starter at West Ham and three years younger, would be a better deal.
“For now, that hasn’t been confirmed. In 10 league games, he hasn’t had a single decisive goalscoring opportunity.”
Indeed, Guilherme has struggled to convince at Sporting, with Porto set to win the league they had previously conquered twice under Ruben Amorim before he joined Manchester United.

Guilherme’s stats for Sporting
Ten league appearances have not yielded a single goal or assist for the winger.
Six of those have come from the start, although he has been forced to miss several games because of an ankle injury suffered only a few appearances into his career in Lisbon.
Guilherme only made one appearance in their run to the Champions League quarter-finals too, and that was during their 3-0 defeat to Bodo/Glimt. He did not feature in the return leg where Sporting managed to turn it around.
The former West Ham youngster did score against AVS SD in the Portuguese cup but that is his only goal contribution in 15 games for the club.
