Nuno took over from Graham Potter when the Hammers were 19th and has managed to steady the ship to an extent.

Brighton and Nottingham Forest have been erratic with their form and a win is possible from one of those two matches.
A win against Fulham would bring in positivity and give the team the momentum needed for the festive period and beyond.
However, if by mid February, they still remain in the relegation zone and a few points off safety, the board may decide it is time to pull the plug.
As things stand, the board are unwavering in their support for the manager.
