Lucas Paqueta is being heavily linked with a move away from West Ham United in the January transfer window.
West Ham fans will be desperate for a decision to be made on Paqueta‘s future, whatever the outcome.
The 28-year-old has disappointed on the whole since joining the Hammers in August 2022 and he certainly hasn’t justified the £51 million fee that the club paid for him.
Now, he could be set to move on from the London Stadium in the January transfer window.

Flamengo and Tottenham both want to sign Paqueta from West Ham this month.
It is still unclear where Paqueta will end up, but a huge update has just dropped regarding his future.
Major Lucas Paqueta twist as West Ham make brand new demand
West Ham will almost certainly sell Paqueta.
However, when the Brazilian will actually leave the club is still very much up in the air.
According to Jacob Steinberg, West Ham are now willing to sell Paqueta to Flamengo.
Flamengo have offered £30 million for the Brazil international and are prepared to go up to £34 million to bring him home.

However, the Hammers will only do so if the Brazilian side are prepared to loan the midfielder back to the Hammers for the remainder of the season.
That seems to make perfect sense.
Whether Paqueta himself will be happy with that deal remains to be seen, though.
Perfect Lucas Paqueta outcome for West Ham
If Flamengo agree to those terms, it might just be the perfect outcome for all parties involved.
With these players out or doutbful, who needs to step up against Tottenham?!
West Ham get to use Paqueta for the rest of the season and if he performs to his very best, he will be a huge asset for them in their fight against relegation.
And then the player himself will get his dream move back to his homeland in the summer.
West Ham will also get a decent amount of money for a player who has underperformed for far too long now.
Paqueta hasn’t been anywhere near good enough this season.
Now he might just have a chance to repay the Hammers for standing by him over the past two-and-a-half years.
