Luis Guilherme is again being heavily linked with a move away from West Ham after just one season but now he appears to have had his say.
It has been another week to forget in the world of West Ham United.
There was a bit of hope off the back of West Ham’s second half performance despite defeat at Liverpool.
But it was quickly extinguished by the dismal 1-1 draw at home against already relegated Southampton.
The Hammers were booed off at the London Stadium.
And many West Ham fans have raised serious concerns over whether Graham Potter is the right man for the job after just three wins in 14 games since he took over in January.
Every passing day has brought one negative story after another from sources close to the West Ham ownership.
Dark clouds gathering over West Ham again
They have doubled down on the club’s dire financial situation.
Hammers fans knew a handful of players would have to be sold to raise funds for signings.
The likes of Mohammed Kudus and Lucas Paqueta – if cleared of spot-fixing – along with players such as Nayef Aguerd, Maxwel Cornet, Konstantinos Mavropanos, Edson Alvarez and Guido Rodriguez looked like being the obvious candidates to be shipped out to boost Potter’s transfer kitty.
But talk of further sales of the likes of fan favourite Tomas Soucek, new signing Jean-Clair Todibo, Edson Alvarez – along with reports West Ham are already being rejected by a host of targets – has seen dark clouds gather in east London.
There has even been talk that £20m wonderkid signing Luis Guilherme will be sold too.

The Brazilian has barely featured for the Hammers since arriving as Tim Steidten’s first signing of the £155m splurge last summer.
The 19-year-old Guilherme looked like a fish out of water in cameos under Julen Lopetegui.
But he has had slightly more game time under Potter and has showed some promise – and much needed pace and dynamism.
There were reports in January that West Ham’s owners were actively trying to offload Guilherme.
It was cited by a host of sources that the Guilherme deal was one of the big reasons Steidten was sacked just 18 months into his role as technical director.
Saudi, Spanish and Dutch clubs have all been linked with Guilherme.
Guilherme heavily linked with Hammers exit
Just this week 1908.nl claimed Feyenoord are keen to sign the former Palmeiras talent.
Sun journalist Alan Nixon also reported on his Patreon that Southampton want to sign Guilherme this summer too as they look to bounce back to the Premier League at the first time of asking.
Nixon claims West Ham are open to a sale and want to recover as close to their original £20m investment as possible.
Now Guilherme appears to have made his own feelings clear on his West Ham future after the increase in reports linking him with an exit.
Guilherme is active on social media and will be all too aware of the claims of a potential move to Holland or the Championship emerging in the last 48 hours.
It cannot be easy for a teenager, who has moved all the way over from Brazil at such a young age, to hear after a big dream transfer to the Premier League.

Guilherme appears to make feelings clear on West Ham future
Just as his lack of game time won’t have been easy on the winger either.
But after a week of claims of players who want out and those the board want to sell, there might finally be something positive for Hammers fans.
Taking to social media, Guilherme posted a picture of himself next to an illuminated Hammers badge in the tunnel area at the London Stadium.
And he simply captioned it with a crossed Hammers.
The subtle post came out of the blue on Tuesday evening, in the wake of fresh talk he could depart this summer.
It can surely be no coincidence he chose to put that out on social media – in what appears to be a clear message of where he sees his future – at West Ham.
Many Hammers fans feel it is far too soon to give up on Guilherme.
Steidten thinks it is too soon to give up on Guilherme
Despite criticism of the signing, Steidten recently said he still believes the youngster can go on to become a great player for the Hammers.
Steidten told the Athletic recently that he’s convinced Guilherme will come good.
He said: “I’m firmly convinced that Luis Guilherme will be an incredibly great player. Bringing in a young player was perhaps the wrong time, in retrospect. But not the wrong player.“
There is one thing about Guilherme – he clearly has character.
He hasn’t let his head drop despite his struggles, has tried to be positive in his brief and rare appearances.
And now he seems to very much be committed to staying at West Ham and making it work.
