West Ham United loanee Niclas Fullkrug came off the bench as loan club AC Milan recorded a huge win over city rivals Inter.
Indeed, a goal from former Brighton defender Pervis Estupinan sealed a vital victory for the Rossoneri, who moved within seven points of their great rivals at the top of the Serie A table.

Fullkrug has only scored one goal in 12 games since leaving West Ham United on loan in January, starting just once for the Italian giants in that time.
Still, he came off the bench at San Siro and the Italian media delivered their verdict on his 17-minute cameo.
Fullkrug does not do enough to impress some of the Italian media
The fact that he only played for 17 minutes does need to be taken into account, of course.
However, sections of the Italian media were not exactly bowled over with his display.

SempreMilan added: “Fullkrug (N/A): I think Allegri brought him on to offer a focal point for the defence to aim at but I’m not so sure we got to see that. He was offside a couple of times and wasn’t really that involved in my opinion. On a derby win night, however, I’ll opt for the N/A here rather than 5.5 since I can.
The Cult of Calcio, meanwhile, said: “Niclas Fullkrug 4/10.”
Fullkrug’s long-term future at Milan is unclear but it does seem incredibly unlikely that he’ll ever play for West Ham again.
The German proved a poor signing and while he may still technically be a West Ham player at the end of the season unless Milan sign him permanently, his time in east London is surely over.

Again, it’s important to keep his relative lack of action in mind.
It was, however, a rather ineffective display from an individual perspective.
As per FotMob data, Fullkrug amassed only 5 touches in his 17 minutes on the pitch and none of those actually came in the Inter box.
Fullkrug is happy at Milan but will surely need to do more if he is to secure a permanent move there this summer.
They are currently second in Serie A and could well have Champions League football to offer potential new signings this summer, which could place Fullkrug’s long-term future into more doubt if he continues to labour.
