West Ham United were actually humiliated by Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on Saturday afternoon.
It was a disaster from start to finish for West Ham up in the East Midlands, and things went from bad to worse for us after Edson Alvarez picked up a needless red card.
Julen Lopetegui made some truly shocking decisions on the day, both before and during our clash with Nottingham Forest, none more so than hauling Crysencio Summerville off at half-time.
The Hammers head coach finds himself under real pressure at the London Stadium now, and rightly so.
The Spaniard spent a lot of money in the summer, but he has failed to take us forward. In fact, you could argue that we’ve actually regressed as a team.

Lopetegui has struggled to implement any clear type of playing style at West Ham, and the team seriously lacks a footballing identity.
Nobody can actually see what Lopetegui is trying to do can they? Under the Spaniard, the Hammers are in danger of becoming a laughing stock, if we aren’t already…
Nottingham Forest star who wanted West Ham move now trolling us
After Forest had their way with us on the pitch at the City Ground yesterday, one of their players did off of it as well.
As the dust settled on a woeful afternoon for West Ham, Forest defender Ola Aina took to social media to taunt us.
Interestingly, West Ham have been linked with signing the 28-year-old right-back for quite some time, but he joined Forest in the end.
Back in 2023, Aina revealed that he was in advanced talks to join West Ham, when speaking on The Beautiful Game podcast, and admitted that he really wanted to join us.
And now he’s been on social media trolling us – how the mighty have fallen!
The former Chelsea man posted a video telling the Hammers to ‘get back to East London’:
I have to say, fair play to him, a bit of banter never hurt anyone.
However, it is fairly humiliating for us at the same time.
A player who wanted to join West Ham is now actually laughing at us, after his Nottingham Forest side had their way with us.
If Lopetegui stays, things will only get worse – I don’t actually think he knows what he’s doing.
And Ola Aina mocking West Ham after Forest beat us should send the Hammers board a strong message in my opinion.
