Hammers fans turn on trolls who are abusing West Ham stars on social media after the Leeds defeat at the weekend.
West Ham lost a topsy turvy clash with Leeds 3-2 at the London Stadium and missed a massive opportunity to cement their place in the top four.
David Moyes’s side remain fourth in the table. But Arsenal, Spurs and Manchester United will all go above West Ham if they win their games in hand.
RONALDO NEEDS TO STOP WHINING.
There were a number of poor performances from Moyes’s men in the defeat to Leeds, which – like the FA Cup clash the week before – was once again marred by crowd trouble outside the ground.
Issa Diop and Michail Antonio were heavily criticised by some fans over their performances.
Indeed Diop was jeered by a section of supporters in the ground when he was substituted by Moyes late on. Thankfully the majority in the stadium disapproved and tried to drown out the sarcastic outburst.

Both players have also been targeted by so-called West Ham fans on social media in the aftermath of the defeat.
The trolls have been having a pop at the stars on the likes of Twitter and Instagram.
Other West Ham stars such as Jarrod Bowen – who went online to apologise for his miss of the season contender after the game – and even talisman Declan Rice were abused too.
Rice, the best player on the pitch by a country mile, was unfathomably accused of lacking leadership by a moronic minority.
The abusers have been rightly called out by their fellow supporters on social media, though.
Fans have turned on the trolls stating they are simply not true West Ham supporters if they are targeting their own players.
Especially given how brilliantly the team continues to do under Moyes.
Yes it is frustrating that the team missed a big opportunity against Leeds. But the fact West Ham are even in the conversation for the top four is a minor miracle in itself from Moyes and his boys.
A sense of perspective and a serious dose of reality is needed for those choosing to abuse their own online.
