West Ham United star Emerson Palmieri has just dropped a huge claim about his teammate Mohammed Kudus.

Emerson Palmieri arrived at West Ham in the summer of 2022, a year before Mohammed Kudus rocked up at the London Stadium.

Emerson has already raved about Kudus’s ability in training, so it’s clear to see that he’s a big fan of the Ghanaian.

The Hammers have missed Kudus badly since he’s been out suspended after his silly red card during our 4-1 defeat to Tottenham back in October.

Julen Lopetegui will be desperate to get Kudus back and involved, but he will have to wait until December 3rd when we play Leicester away before that happens.

The former Ajax man is so important to everything good that we do, and it’s actually been hugely concerning to see just how much we’ve struggled without him.

Roll on December 3rd…

Emerson Palmieri raves about West Ham star Mohammed Kudus

The Ghanaian is a sensationally gifted footballer, we all know that.

When Kudus is on his game, he’s almost impossible to defend against, and can be unplayable on his day.

There’s another string to the 24-year-old’s bow that not many people talk about though.

Emerson was speaking on West Ham’s official Iron Cast Podcast, and he responded when asked who is the strongest player at West Ham.

Ahhh, he’s so strong. Some times I train against him and go to tackle him, and I feel my leg, he’s so strong, Emerson said. He protects the ball so good, and he’s so explosive inside the first 10 metres. When he goes one vs one against me I just think ‘someone help me’.

Now, that’s hugely surprising if you ask me, and not because Kudus isn’t strong, but more so because I thought Michail Antonio would’ve been the Italian’s answer.

There are not many players who can go shoulder to shoulder with Antonio and come out on top.

However, perhaps the only one who can do exactly that is amongst our ranks!

Mohammed Kudus actually has everything needed to become a world-class player for West Ham.

I would suggest that he just needs to work on his temperament though, if he’s ever to fulfil his outstanding potential.
