Declan Rice and his teammates must watch brilliant Craig Bellamy videos on West Ham after the cowardly defeat to Brighton.
West Ham were awful from start to finish in the 4-0 drubbing – a result that piles the pressure on David Moyes as the Hammers fight to avoid relegation.
West Ham’s hardcore away support turned on the manager and many supporters are also seriously unhappy with captain Declan Rice.
There is no way to sugar coat what unfolded at the Amex. The performance was unacceptable and many players on that pitch were hiding.

It was a meek surrender, something that is becoming an all too familiar theme with similarly insipid performances in defeats to Man United and Spurs of late.
Moyes continues to call on fans to be patient and supportive. But this is no blip or knee-jerk reaction. West Ham have won just 15 times in their last 52 Premier League games.
With Moyes questioning supporters who turned on him and the skipper Rice telling the world he and his teammates don’t listen to the opinions of people who aren’t current professional footballers, fans are understandably furious.
On the evidence of this season, this current group of players simply don’t seem to get it.
So Rice and teammates must watch these brilliant Bellamy videos on West Ham after the cowardly defeat.
Because the former Hammers striker certainly does get West Ham and the real West Ham way.

Declan Rice and teammates must watch brilliant Craig Bellamy videos on West Ham after cowardly defeat
The Welshman, now assistant to Vincent Kompany at Burnley, may not have been at West Ham that long, but he clearly gets the club and its supporters – who he has repeatedly said are ‘the most knowledgeable of any he ever played for’.
That is some compliment given the list of top clubs he represented during his career including Celtic and Liverpool.
Moyes could do a lot worse than gather Rice and his teammates around a screen and show these two videos of Bellamy discussing West Ham fans and what they expect from their players. The Scot could also learn a lot himself.
One clip is from earlier this season, the other from a previous season. But the sentiment is timeless and will be just as relevant 100 years from now as it would have been 100 years ago for this great football club.
You can watch Bellamy’s brilliant comments on West Ham and its fans in the videos in the post below.
Let’s hope Rice and his teammates see them and take on board what he is saying.
