Because Sullivan could step back at West Ham in a major move to please his fiancée, a top journalist has claimed.
Ampika Pickston, a star of The Real Housewives of Cheshire TV show, launched into an unsavoury back-and-forth with angry Hammers fans in defence of her partner back in September.
In a series of spats with angry supporters, Pickston said billionaire Sullivan had “invested his security in ensuring West Ham avoid relegation” time and again.

There have been clear improvements at West Ham since the sacking of Graham Potter and hiring of Nuno Espirito Santo.
Protests have continued, though, with fans insisting their activism will not cease until Sullivan and Brady step down.
Now Sun journalist Alan Nixon has made a revelation about Sullivan’s plans in his personal life which he thinks could hint at big changes in the running of West Ham.

Reporting on his Patreon site, Nixon says Sullivan may be planning to spend less time in and around the Hammers as he eyes a move from Essex to Cheshire.
Nixon says Sullivan is currently looking for a new home – 200 miles away from West Ham in the Cheshire set.
The billionaire Hammers chief wants a ‘plush property’ in the area and ‘could find a base there soon’ with a luxury pad owned by Man City and England star John Stones catching the eye of his fiancée Pickston, who is from the area.
Nixon states that Pickston would like a house in the district but that Sullivan will also keep his Essex mansion in Theydon Bois.
It is inevitable the move will fuel rumours Sullivan could be winding down on his involvement at West Ham.
But given Sullivan has access to a private jet and helicopters, travelling to games at the London Stadium will not be a major issue.
Earlier this season, Brady insisted Sullivan and West Ham’s board were ‘going nowhere’.
