David Gold takes to Twitter for first time in over five weeks after West Ham win

David Gold took to Twitter after West Ham beat Leicester 4-1 last night at the London Stadium and singled out Michail Antonio for praise.

The Hammers were quite simply sensational against the Foxes last night.

David Moyes has performed miracles since taking over at West Ham for the second time in December 2019.

The Scot has instilled some pride back into West Ham United as a football club. And the fans are loving it.

The London Stadium was rocking last night. As we always say…support the team, not the regime.

David Gold posts tweet after West Ham win

If Gold and Sullivan back Moyes to the hilt in the transfer market between now and this time next week, this season could be a very special one indeed.

The Hammers co-owner took to Twitter for the first time since July 17th last night and praised West Ham and Michail Antonio in particular:

Gold’s tweet attracted huge attention from the West Ham fans. And many of them were all saying the same thing…

The West Ham fans are spot on. Two or three quality additions to this side and we really could be going places.

Whether that happens, however, remains to be seen.
