Chelsea are allegedly prepared to offer midfielder Ross Barkley to West Ham United in the summer transfer window.
That’s according to a report from 90 Min who claim that Chelsea could offer the 28-year-old to the Hammers.

The bad news is that it would be part of a deal that would see Declan Rice head to Stamford Bridge.
David Moyes needs to strengthen his central midfield department at the London Stadium this summer, not weaken it.

So selling Rice and/or signing Ross Barkley should be a total no-go for the Scot…
Chelsea could offer Ross Barkley to West Ham
90 Min reckon that the Blues are desperate to sign Hammers midfielder Declan Rice.
And in a bid to ‘sweeten’ the deal, Chelsea could offer Barkley to West Ham.
That is anything but ‘sweetening’ the deal. The Hammers should not even entertain the idea of the former Everton midfielder rocking up at the London Stadium this summer.
Since the start of the 2017/18 campaign, Barkley has missed 322 days of action and 64 games through injury (Transfermarkt).

During that period of time, the 27-year-old has bagged only 14 goals and 12 assists in 125 games.
Barkley was an incredibly exciting young talent when he burst onto the scene at Goodison Park as a teenager a decade ago.
Unfortunately for him though, he has never realised his true potential and his time with Chelsea has been a long and arduous struggle.
West Ham could and should be aiming a lot higher than Ross Barkley this summer.
If Chelsea offer the 28-year-old to David Moyes he should reject the chance to bring him to East London without hesitation.
And most importantly, Moyes absolutely has to do everything in his power to keep Declan Rice at West Ham beyond the end of the summer transfer window.
