Nikola Vlasic is reportedly very keen indeed to leave West Ham United and join Torino on a permanent deal this summer.
According to Italian media outlet Tuttosport, Nikola Vlasic wants to leave West Ham at all costs in the summer transfer window.

Hammers owner David Sullivan is clearly sticking to his guns, and if Torino don’t cough up the money, David Moyes will have another chance to get the best out of Vlasic.
However, it seems as though the Croatian is determined not to allow that to happen…
Big Nikola Vlasic claim is a damning indictment of West Ham manager David Moyes
Tuttosport reckon that the 25-year-old is trying to force the Hammers into selling him to Torino permanently this summer, even if that means us having to accept a reduced fee for him.
Moyes brought the 25-year-old attacker to the London Stadium from CSKA Moscow in the summer of 2021 for around £26 million (The Sun).

However, he struggled to establish himself at the London Stadium. He joined Torino on loan last summer after an unsuccessful season with West Ham.
And surprise, surprise – he really impressed in Turin due to the simple fact that he was played in his correct position – the number 10 role.
What a huge a shame that things didn’t work out in East London for the former CSKA Moscow man – there is definitely a very good player there.
It really is no shock to me that Nikola Vlasic wants to leave West Ham on a permanent deal this summer, and I’m sure that the two clubs will reach some kind of agreement pretty soon.
