There Czech Republic internationals have been absolutely superb since moving to the London Stadium.

The 6ft 4in Czech ace has been superb for West Ham. He has nine goals and one assist to his name in 35 Premier League games this season (Transfermarkt).

Not bad for a defensive midfielder eh!
Vladimir Coufal, meanwhile, joined his fellow countryman at the London Stadium in October last year.

Aaron Cresswell lauds West Ham duo Soucek and Coufal
The Hammers left-back has been hugely impressed by the Czech duo.
Cresswell told Sky Sports how the ‘brilliant’ Soucek and Coufal are the most humble people he has ever met:

“They are two fantastic honest pros and the most humble guys I have met in football. Their work ethic, we’ll play a game on a Saturday, we recover on a Sunday and the lads will be getting massages and you look out the window and the two Czech boys are running around the pitch. They are brilliant, they will sit there and play head tennis for an hour on recovery day. They are fantastic guys and two fantastic signings.”
Soucek and Coufal have totally transformed West Ham as a club.
Their winning mentalities and tenacious attitudes have proven to be infectious and they have both rubbed off on every single West Ham player.
Soucek and Coufal possess tireless work ethics. They are both West Ham heroes in the making.
And Cresswell’s comments on the pair further highlight just how much of an impact they have had in East London.
