West Ham United take on Chelsea in the Premier League tonight and Graham Potter has named his starting XI for the game.
Annoyingly, the game has been scheduled on transfer deadline day, and I believe the Premier League owe us and the Blues an apology for that.
Graham Potter will be fully focused on the game against Chelsea now.
However, the transfer recruitment team will still be working diligently behind the scenes.
Would you take another new signing before the window closes or three points at Stamford Bridge?
I would definitely take the latter. How has Potter set up his team to take on Chelsea though?
West Ham starting XI vs Chelsea confirmed
The Hammers desperately need a positive result tonight.
We saw huge improvements away at Aston Villa last weekend, and I expect to see much of the same tonight.

Here’s how West Ham line up to take on Chelsea tonight, as confirmed via the club’s official X account:
Alphonse Areola, Vladimir Coufal, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Max Kilman, Aaron Cresswell, Emerson Palmieri, Tomas Soucek, Andy Irving, Carlos Soler, Mohammed Kudus, Jarrod Bowen
That’s a fairly strong side.
I wills ay that I’m shocked at the inclusion of Andy Irving. I just don’t think he’s Premier League quality unfortunately.
I expect our forward players to suffocate and squeeze Chelsea with a high press tonight, putting their shaky back-line under pressure in the process.
Each and every Hammers player has to be on their very best form tonight.
The West Ham starting XI selected by Graham Potter has more than enough about it to get the job done.
I actually fancy us to win at Stamford Bridge tonight. I’m going 2-1 West Ham – COYI X
