West Ham United right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka has been hugely impressed already by one of his new teammates.

New West Ham summer signing Aaron Wan-Bissaka has already busted the myth that he’s not very good going forward.

The fact that West Ham paid just £15 million to sign Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Manchester United is actually very hard to believe.

The 26-year-old has been sensational already for the Hammers, and Julen Lopetegui will undoubtedly be delighted with the right-back’s immediate impact.

He hasn’t even reached the prime years of his career yet, and he will be a huge hit at the London Stadium, I have absolutely no doubts about that.

He’s not the only top-class player at West Ham though, and Wan-Bissaka has already offered big praise for one of his new teammates.

The summer signing made his first start for the Hammers against Bournemouth last night, and he was absolutely brilliant.

What a huge upgrade he is on Vladimir Coufal.

Lopetegui has a hugely exciting squad of players at his disposal at the London Stadium, and AWB has been impressed by one of them already.

Wan-Bissaka spoke to WHUFC.com after our 1-0 Carabao Cup win over Bournemouth last night.

And the former Man United man had high words of praise for Jarrod Bowen.

He said, “It’s not a surprise from him [Jarrod Bowen] because he’s got a lot of quality. It was good for him to get the goal.

Bowen has been our best and most consistent performer over the past few years.

The 27-year-old is vital to everything good that we do, and we need him firing on all cylinders this season, if we are to finish inside the top seven.

The 10-capped England international has bagged 62 goals and 39 assists in 205 appearances for the Hammers.

Those numbers prove just how influential he has been for us since he moved to the London Stadium from Hull City in January 2020.

The £20 million that the Hammers paid for the forward now looks like absolutely peanuts – he’s worth at least four times that amount now.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka has given the West Ham forward his seal of approval, and considering how many top quality stars the right-back has played alongside, that’s quite the endorsement isn’t it.
