West Ham United continue their FA Cup campaign with a tricky-looking home tie against Brentford on Monday evening.
The FA Cup has so far been relatively kind to West Ham United, pitting them against lower league opposition in the form of QPR and Burton.
Brentford, however, will provide a much sterner test.

Surely not your Premier League status…
Indeed, the Bees are flying under Keith Andrews right now and can approach their cup campaign as a free hit, while the Hammers try to balance it with ensuring Premier League survival.

West Ham United vs Brentford prediction
West Ham’s FA Cup win over QPR helped turn their Premier League form around, so it would be foolish to write this one off entirely.

Clearly, however, the focus will be on Premier League safety much more than the FA Cup at this stage of the season.
It would not be a surprise, then, if Nuno made some slight changes and Brentford found a way to win.
Score prediction: West Ham 0-1 Brentford
