Right-back issues for Moyes with Johnson waiting in the wings

Ryan Fredericks is injured and will miss the game. And Ben Johnson looks set to stay in the side and switch to his natural right-back position after Moyes suggested Vladimir Coufal was struggling with a groin strain.

Centre-backs Angelo Ogbonna and Kurt Zouma come back into the West Ham side to replace the excellent Issa Diop and Craig Dawson.

And Aaron Cresswell comes in – effectively in place of Coufal – taking up his position at left-back with Johnson switching sides.
