The Reds travel to the London Stadium to take on the Hammers tomorrow afternoon.

And if Liverpool are to have any chance of beating us, they will have to keep Soucek quiet.

The Czech Republic international has been superb for West Ham since moving to East London in January last year.

The Hammers made the 25-year-old’s loan move a permanent one in the summer for around £18.5 million (WHUFC.com).

Soucek has completely transformed West Ham as a team in such a short period of time.

The former Slavia Prague ace has racked up 10 goals in 34 games for the East London outfit (Transfermarkt) – an incredible return for a central midfielder.

“I think everybody’s really impressed about the goal threat of Soucek, that’s incredible.”

Soucek’s form has been so impressive that it would be no surprise to see Liverpool make an attempt to being him to Anfield at some point in the near future.

The Czech does seem to love playing for West Ham, however.

As long as we pay him what he deserves though, and the board are prepared to match his ambition, there is no reason why Tomas Soucek won’t remain at the London Stadium for the remainder of his career.
