The Hammers are amazingly sitting in fourth spot in the Premier League table at the moment.

Moyes’s men are one point clear of fifth placed Chelsea and three ahead of Liverpool in sixth.

At the start of the season, many fans and pundits were tipping West Ham for relegation.

Moyes has worked wonders at the London Stadium, however.

The addition of Jesse Lingard in January has been key but the 28-year-old’s fine form hasn’t been the sole reason behind our climb up the table.

Every single Hammers player has contributed this season. We are finally a proper outfit – one that no team will relish playing against.

David Moyes shares Champions League message he gave West Ham staff

The Hammers are in a great position to qualify for the Champions League.

And Moyes shared with reporters today what he has told his staff about West Ham’s push for a top four spot, as quoted by Football.London:

“This is the third time this season we have gone fourth, I think, and when you are beginning to touch you you start to think we can do it. Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham, Everton are all teams that can touch us. We have seven to go I have my targets and the players know what we need to do. I said to the staff you don’t get many opportunities to do it so we have a chance but I know that we are not favourites with the bookies.”

A win tomorrow against Newcastle would put West Ham in an incredibly strong position heading into the final six games of the season.

We have seven cup finals remaining.

Four wins and a draw might be good enough to finish in fourth spot.

Let’s hope that the Hammers players are up for the challenge like they have been for the first 31 games of the season!
