The Mexico vs Ghana clash will likely see Alvarez tasked with marking his West Ham teammate Kudus, though.
And when you play for proud and passionate football nations such as Mexico and Ghana there are no half measures.
It may be a friendly by name but it will undoubtedly be fiercely competitive.
