West Ham United insider drops positive Jesse Lingard update

Claret and Hugh have claimed that West Ham United ace Jesse Lingard is fit to face Chelsea this weekend after he worryingly went down against Newcastle on Saturday.

The 28-year-old joined the Hammers on loan in January from Manchester United.

And he has proven to be an exceptional addition for West Ham.

Lingard is already a real fan favourite at the London Stadium.

The 27-capped England international has racked up an incredible nine goals and three assists in just 10 games for the Hammers so far.

So it is little wonder why there was so much panic emanating from the West Ham fanbase when Jesse went down injured late on against Newcastle on Saturday.

The 28-year-old is fit to face Chelsea. That’s according to Claret and Hugh.

Lingard was merely suffering from cramp against the Magpies.

And that is an almighty relief for the West Ham fans.

Lingard is vital to our hopes of qualifying for the Champions League.

He has been a hugely influential figure for the Hammers over the past two months or so.

And having him available for Saturday’s clash with Chelsea will be a much-needed boost for West Ham.
