West Ham could welcome three players back from injury for the Tottenham Hotspur clash.

According to reliable West Ham insider EXWHUEmployee (on The West Ham Way podcast on Phoenix FM), Manuel Pellegrini has been handed a triple injury boost. Michail Antonio, Mark Noble and Jack Wilshere have all trained this week.

All three players have been passed fit to face Tottenham this weekend in the early kick-off on Saturday. With West Ham in terrible form, this is a much-needed confidence lift ahead of the game.

West Ham have desperately missed Antonio since he went off injured in the EFL Cup earlier this season. The powerful winger offers goals, pace and relentless running down the wing.

Last season, Antonio made the difference. The 29-year-old scored the only goal as West Ham became the first team to win at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. He now holds bragging rights for life.

Noble’s absence would be sorely felt in a game like this. Despite his form dipping in recent weeks, West Ham need a leader for a high-stakes London derby. Tottenham have a new manager and Noble, who limped off against Burnley, will be key to ensuring they don’t get off to a winning start.

Wilshere is the pantomime villain for Tottenham fans. Having played for Arsenal and West Ham, he could scarcely be more hated. If the 27-year-old is at his best, he could provide the creative spark West Ham have been lacking.
