West Ham United star Declan Rice has delivered a positive update on the injury which has sidelined him.

The 22-year-old is crucial for West Ham and England.
But Rice misses the game against Wolves and is expected to be out for at least a month.
The West Ham hero has now spoken out on the injury in a post on Twitter.

Rice delivers positive outlook on injury but pictured in leg brace
And Rice delivered a positive outlook on the injury despite being pictured on his bed at home in a protective leg brace.
“Rehab has started,” Rice said on Twitter ahead of West Ham’s game against Wolves.
“Gutted to be missing the game tonight.
“Overwhelmed by all the support but I’ll be back in no time.
“Come on the boys!”

West Ham’s biggest fear realised
Rice getting injured has been West Ham’s biggest fear for a long time now.
David Moyes has got lucky in that the midfielder has been an ever present so far this season.
And indeed more or less since breaking into the West Ham team.
It has been obvious to all that West Ham have been in desperate need of back-up in defensive midfield for at least two years.
But Moyes is totally reliant on Rice and Tomas Soucek.
Ageing captain Mark Noble is the only senior central midfield back-up.
Moyes has turned to Noble in Rice’s absence. That’s despite his dismal record of one point from 12 in the four games he has started this season.

Moyes must find solution without Rice until summer
Noble even admitted himself last January that West Ham should not be relying on him (talkSPORT).
There is nothing West Ham can do about the central midfield problem until the summer.
Between now and then Moyes must find a solution. Many fans believe that could be Pablo Fornals given his workrate.
Others want to see young Conor Coventry given a chance.
West Ham fans and Moyes will be praying Rice’s positive outlook is reflected in a speedy recovery.
