When is the FA Cup fourth round draw and what ball number are West Ham United?

The Hammers are though to the fourth round of the FA Cup, after we beat Brentford 1-0 at Griffin Park yesterday.

Said Benrahma’s brilliant strike earned us the win, and it was a clear message to David Moyes that he needs to be starting every single game for us.

The result was a timely boost for West Ham and Moyes after a really poor run of form that has seen us get dragged in to a real relegation battle.

The Hammers return to Premier League action next weekend away at Wolves, and that is obviously a huge game for both sides. Is it nice to be in the hat for the FA Cup fourth round as well though.

But when is the FA Cup fourth round draw, and what ball number are West Ham?

The Hammers have won the FA Cup three times – in 1964, 1975 and 1980. So we have a fairly rich history in the competition.

The last time that we made the final was way back in 2006, when only a last minute Steven Gerrard worldie stopped us from winning our fourth FA Cup.

The club really needs a good cup run this season, and hopefully we can go all the way.

The draw takes place this afternoon at 4:05pm, just before the Manchester City vs Chelsea third round clash, live on BBC One.

The Hammers are ball number 10.

A nice home draw against lower league opposition would do us perfectly. It seems as though the last few draws we’ve been handed in cup competitions have been really tricky ones.

We all know that the Premier League is our bread and butter, and Moyes clearly prioritises that over everything else.

The fact that our league form has been so poor means that the Scot has little choice in the matter regarding that.

Hopefully we start to notch up a few wins in the Premier League over the next few weeks though, and then Moyes can have a real go at the FA Cup and the UEFA Europa Conference League.

When the FA Cup fourth round draw is made this afternoon, there will undoubtedly be hundreds of thousands of West Ham fans tuned in around the globe keeping an eye out for ball number 10.
