Enner Valencia – Everton

Valencia spent the 3-0 home win over West Brom on the bench. A defensive change at half time and the fact that Everton looked like comfortable winners in this game likely meant that he was not called upon.

Tony Martinez – Oxford United

The forward only played a total of 17 minutes over Oxford’s two games this past week but he did manage to score once in that time. He was introduced with 10 minutes to go in the mid week home game against Sheffield United. The away side had just scored twice in four minutes and although Martinez scored a nice driven shot into the bottom corner, it was too late for a full comeback. Martinez then came on with seven minutes remaining of their away tie against Peterborough with his side enjoying a 2-0 lead. He did not have much chance to make an impact on the game and although Peterborough pulled one back in stoppage time, Oxford won.

Martin Samuelsen (Peterborough) was an unused substitute in that same game.

Josh Cullen – Bradford City

The midfielder played the full game of Bradford’s 2-0 win at Coventry City. Cullen put in a solid display and helped his side in defence and attack.

George Dobson – Walsall

Dobson came on as a substitute in the 68th minute in the away trip to Charlton with the scores level at 1-1. That is how the game finished.

Jaanai Gordon – Newport County

Gordon was introduced five minutes from the end of the game as Newport went on to score a last minute winner to beat Crewe 2-1 away.

Marcus Browne and Reece Burke (Wigan) did not feature
